Returns & Refunds
Jamaica Stores ReturnsGoods are considered as delivered after two weeks month unless otherwise notified by the customer. We verify delivery be tracking numbers and signed receipt to the address provided. Refunds are made for orders not filled or for faulty items. No returns on incorrectly ordered foodstuff and customer pays return shipping on all returns. All authorised Returns must be completed within 30 days after which no refund or credit will be given and goods will be considered sold and transferred to the customer. In order for a return, customers must receive written confirmation by email authorising the return of the package. We do NOT accept unauthorised returns. Returns are only possible on Non-Food Items. The items must be returned in their original condition, not worn or soiled or otherwise damaged. Please ensure goods are properly repackaged as we will not be responsible for accepting any damaged or broken goods as returns. ALL returns must be completed within 30 days from the date of receipt of the package. There are no exceptions. For ALL returns, the buyer must pay return shipping costs and goods must be returned in their original condition. Regarding very late delivery, returns will not be accepted because of very late delivery, instead, a store coupon of 20% of the subtotal of the order will be applied. DamagesProof must be provided for items purported to be damages. We need to see pictures of damaged goods that are not in a state to be returned. We will NOT enact a refund on goods said to be damaged without corroborative proof from the customer. If no proof is provided then the customer is considered to have received the goods in a satisfactory manner and no reshipment or refund will be enacted In the event the customer wants to return the damaged goods without proof, once the return is received, the customer will be restituted a full refund without the return shipping costs.
